Uber absorbs UberEATS, you can now order food from main app

Uber now lets users place food orders through the main app in order to lure the ride-hailing service users to enjoy its food delivery service UberEATS. The web view of the app is now accessible inside the main app because it has merged a fully-functional web version of UberEATS into Uber’s main app. Interestingly UberEATS has pocketed $536 Mn in revenue for Uber in the first quarter of 2019 and it’s expected to grow.
