Tesla has been sued over a crash which left the driver's brain-damaged. Elon Musk had called the Model 3 as the safest car ever built but it turns out that Model 3 isn't immune to causing serious injury. The vehicle's airbags failed to deploy & left a college professor with major injuries. Kristian Edwards & her husband said in a 27-page complaint that the product was cleared in a defective & unreasonably dangerous condition.
