Indian information technology (IT) services companies such as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), HCL Technologies, Wipro, and Infosys have adopted the new work structure with most of the employees working from home pretty well. While the firms want work from home to continue amid the Covid19 outbreak, they want it to continue even after that. The IT giants have sought easing of certain key guidelines to implement a blending model.
