Tata Steel, Infosys and others to offer permanent work from home for certain roles

The new normal of work from home that was brought in view of coronavirus pandemic is going to become a permanent normal for numerous departments in several firms. Several industrial giants including Tata Steel, Infosys, Maruti Suzuki, Philips are mulling to allow permanent work from home even after the end of the pandemic. Schneider Electric India HR officer Rachna Mukherjee said "there is no going back to the way we used to work."
