Taiwan's Pegatron to manufacture components for Tesla

Taiwan's Pegatron is going to manufacture components for Tesla Incorporation. Pegatron has chosen a site in El Paso, Texas, to set up a plant for building the components. The move comes in at a time when Tesla is facing several roadblocks in China since the banning of Tesla cars by the Chinese military. This is even when the Elon Musk-owned electric carmaker sold 30 percent of its global total in 2020 in China.
