Swiggy planning to hire 3 lakh people in 18 months

The premier food delivery platform Swiggy has gained remarkable success in limited time. Swiggy is now planning to absorb around 3 lakh employees in the coming 18 months. The company aims to become the 3rd largest employer in India. Swiggy's co-founder and CEO Sriharsha Majety said, "if some of our growth estimates continue, we can be the third-largest source of employment in the country, behind the Army and Indian Railways.”
