It has come as a legal victory for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange after a Swedish court denied a plea to detain him over a sexual harassment case dating back to 2010. The Uppsala District Court's verdict turns out to be a setback for prosecutors expecting to issue a European Arrest Warrant for Julian and request his extradition from UK to Sweden. For this rape case, Julian spent 7 years in London’s Ecuadorian Embassy.
