Sri Lanka sets up committee for implementation of crypto mining technologies

Sri Lanka has joined the list of very few nations to explore the applications of blockchain by appointing a committee to implement various blockchain and crypto mining technologies in the country. The move is aimed at attracting investment in blockchain-based initiatives in the country. The committee will study the rules and regulations related to crypto in countries like Dubai, Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore.
