The prime accused in an alleged extortion case involving the company's founder, Sonia Dhawan now rejoined Paytm First Games company. It is owned by Gamepind Entertainment, which is a joint venture between Alibaba’s AGTech & Paytm’s parent One97 Communications. The case against Dhawan is still pending; which alleged Dhawan & 3 others of stealing private data belonging to founder Vijay Sharma & tried to extort Rs 10 crore.
