Software company nCinga Innovation acquired by Zilingo in $15.5 million deal

Singapore-based Zilingo Technologies has acquired Sri Lanka based software company in a $15.5 million cash and stock deal. Zilingo in an official statement said that they are excited about nCinga products and how the products could dramatically enhance efficiency by digitizing the shop floor. With this partnership, Zilinga is looking forward to create a sustainable, profitable and responsible apparel supply chain.
