Adam Neuman, the co-founder of WeWork is suing Japan’s SoftBank group over a failed tender offer worth $3 billion. SoftBank agreed with WeWork on a $9.6 billion rescue package in October and the tender was a part of that. The lawsuit claimed that SoftBank has completely abused the commitment and has even prompted legal action by a special committee of WeWork’s board. It also called the termination of the tender wrongful.
