Ronnie Screwvala’s stake in Zivame bought by Reliance Brands

The stake of Ronnie Screwvala-owned Unilazer Ventures in online lingerie retailer Zivame has been acquired by Reliance Brands, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited. Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Industries is now reportedly eyeing a 100% stake in the company. Zivame, an online lingerie brand was launched in 2011 in a bid to provide privacy to women customers. Zodius is the largest shareholder in the company with a 60% stake.
