Ratan Tata rejects reports claiming he purchased 50% stake in a pharma company

Eminent Indian Industrialist Ratan Tata recently picked up a stake in 'Generic Aadhar', a unique pharmacy retail chain promoted by 18-year old Arjun Deshpande. It was reported that Tata has picked up 50% stake in the startup. However, Tata clarified that he has invested in Deshpande's startup, but he has not purchased a 50% stake in the company. He confirmed that he helped the firm financially but not bought 50% stake in it.
