Image sharing firm Pinterest has agreed to pay $20 million to chief operating officer Francoise Brougher to settle a gender discrimination suit. The firm will also pay $2.5 million to increase the presence of women and other under-represented groups in the industry. "Pinterest recognizes the importance of fostering a workplace environment that is diverse, equitable and inclusive," a joint statement by Pinterest and Brougher said.
