PaySense acquired by PayU at $185 million of equity valuation

PayU, the digital payments firm has acquired a major stake in PaySense in an all-cash deal for $185 million of equity value. PayU global head Siddhartha Jajodia said they are planning to merge their business operations to build a full-stack digital lending platform. PanSense’s management team of technology and fintech experts will become a part of the PayU’s credit team. Existing investors will also be part of the new deal.
