OYO refutes businessman’s allegations of illegal termination of contract

OYO has refuted allegations made by a Chandigarh-based businessman Vikas Gupta, who claimed that the company had abruptly terminated its agreement with him and then asked him to pay penalties. Gupta’s claims have been backed by the Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Associations of India. An OYO spokesperson has said that the FIR against company’s founder Ritesh Agarwal was an attempt to malign the company’s global reputation
