Hospitality firm OYO has been making a series of strategic acquisitions while restructuring its business to surge ahead with expansion. Adding to that, OYO has stepped into 2 new ventures in partnership with its largest investor SoftBank. Along with that, OYO has also registered a third entity named OYO financial and technology services. Dividing the functions will help in increasing its efficiency in all segments.
