Order on RoC plea filed by Tata in Cyrus Mistry case reserved by NCLAT

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has reserved its order on the plea filed by the Registrar of Companies (RoC) seeking modifications in the judgement in which Cyrus Mistry was reinstated as the executive chairman of Tata Sons. The order was reserved by a two-member bench headed by Chairman Justice S J Mukhopadhaya. The bench suggested that the order will be passed on Monday, next week.
