Maruti Suzuki Dezire is one of the popular cars in the subcompact sedan category in India and in last 10 years there have been 19 lakh customers. In 2018-19 Maruti Suzuki has sold 2.5 lakh units of the car, averaging a monthly sale of 21,000 units, with the market share of 55% and a strong customer connect. The report says, one Maruti Suzuki Dezire is sold in every 2 minutes, making it the best selling car in India in 2018.
