Ola, uber & Meru made Indian Railways earn Rs 20.93 cr via parking charges

Just from the ride-hailing apps such as Ola, Uber, and Meru, the Indian Railways have managed to earn Rs 20.93 crore through parking charges alone. This was informed by the minister of state for railways, Rajen Gohain for the financial year 2018-2019. As calculated, on an average nearly 20 million people travel via trains every day. The permission to the cabs was given by the Railways with few restrictions.
