NRAI joins with Dotpe to launch digital ordering solution for restaurants

National Restaurant Association of India has joined with Gurgaon-based startup Dotpe to launch a digital ordering solution for restaurants to ensure least human touch while ordering & paying the bill. Several NRAI members have defined key steps including creating a loyalty program & working on alternate home delivery models for its hotel partners. The digital ordering solution competes with Zomato's contactless dining feature.
