MU Sigma, an advanced analytics service provider, has signed with the U.S. ICE the out of court settlements and has paid B1 visa fraud $2.5 million in penalties. The management consultancy was discovered to be bypassing US visa laws by flying B1 visa to Indian staff and distorting their planned trip to the USA. Mu Sigma works in connection with the primary supply centre in Bangalore with the US headquarters in Chicago.
