Microsoft planning to buy Discord Inc for over $10 billion

Tech-giant Microsoft Incorporation is reportedly in talks to buy messaging platform Discord Incorporation for more than $10 billion. The report came out after VentureBeat reported that Discord was looking for potential buyers. The messaging platform that is mainly used to coordinate group activities such as games, discussions and even virtual parties, is valued at around $7 billion as of last December.
