Media entrepreneur sues McDonald's for $10 billion over bias against Black-owned media

Media entrepreneur Byron Allen, who owns two media firms, has sued fast-food chain giant McDonald's for at least $10 billion. In his lawsuit, Allen accused McDonald's of racial discrimination for not advertising enough with Black-owned media outlets. The entrepreneur filed a complaint against the fast-food giant in Los Angeles County Superior Court. McDonald's was accused of "racial animus and racial stereotyping".
