Maruti Chairman backs Nirmala Sitharaman on Ola, Uber remark

The chairman of Maruti Suzuki India RC Bhargava supported Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman's remarks on Ola, Uber. Bhargava said that youngsters prefer Ola, Uber for commuting over buying their own cars as they can buy more electronic gadgets with the money and don't have to pay the EMI. He further stated that there is 'no point' in a temporary cut in GST on vehicles as it will not help the industry in the long run.
