Mahindra sells its waste-to-energy arm to Blue Planet Environmental Solutions

According to an exchange filing, Mahindra & Mahindra has sold the balance 12.61 per cent stake in Mahindra Waste to Energy Solutions, to Blue Planet Environmental Solutions. With this, Blue Planet has acquired MWESL, as it now holds a 87.39 per cent stake in the company.
