Delhi's upscale Khan market moved up one position to become the world's 20th most expensive retail location as per the report by global property consultant Cushman and Wakefield. Last year Khan market was at 21st place with an annual rent of $237 per sq.ft and this year it is at 20th place with an annual rent of $243 per sq.ft. NewYork's Upper 5th avenue is at 2nd place followed by London's New Bond Street.
