Following a market's tumble on Thursday, Amazon's share fell 7% in after-hours trading resulting in Amazon founder and chief executive Jeff Bezos losing nearly $7 billion in stock value and leaving his fortune down to $103.9 billion. This puts him at number two among the world’s richest. Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, who is worth $105.7 billion, reclaim the crown of the world's richest person.
