Carlos Ghosn has used his freedom to blast Japan's legal system and said he did not escape justice but fled injustice, in a first major public appearance. He told his intention in speaking out was not to discuss how he fled the nation but to clear his name & explain why he never should have been arrested in the first place. The former auto industry titan repeatedly denied the charges & slammed Japan's criminal justice system.
