IPO-bound Pepperfry acquihires interior designing startup Brandmakerr

Online furniture marketplace Pepperfry has acquihired interior designing startup Brandmakerr for an undisclosed amount. As part of the deal, Brandmakerr’s founder Rahul Kapuria has been appointed as the vice president of Pepperfry. Kapuria will be joining Pepperfry’s Mumbai office and driving commercial interior designing, civil and interior, and turnkey solutions in the startup.
