The Asian Development Bank has lowered its forecast for India's economic growth for the current financial year to 10 percent on Tuesday. The ADB had earlier projected India's economy to grow at 11%. The country's GDP growth recovered to 1.6 percent in the last quarter of the fiscal year ended March 2021. "Early indicators show economic activity resuming quickly after containment measures eased," said ADB.
