Indian billionaires total wealth 15% of GDP: Oxfam

As per the report by Oxfam India, the total wealth of Indian billionaires is 15% of the GDP which has increased in past 5 years. The wealthy people are getting wealthier and the poor population is becoming poorer. Hence, inequality in India is on the rise. The survey also showed that India’s rich population saw an increase of Rs 20.9 trillion and other Indians saw an increase of 1% in their wealth in 2017.
