Gurugram-based Cars24 gets NBFC License amid notices from landlords

Gurugram-based online used car marketplace Cars24 has received an NBFC license from the RBI and will enter into the consumer lending business and the company has formed a new entity 'CARS 24 Financial Services'. The company will soon launch its services in Delhi, Mumbai & Bengaluru in Aug 2019 and will scale up to the other cities later. With the NBFC license, the firm aims to provide seamless and instant access to credit.
