Grubhub to merge with European company JustEat takeaway

Grubhub will merge with European company Just Eat takeaway. Earlier, the company was having a discussion with Uber, however, due to the possible antitrust trouble between the two companies, the deal did not work out. Grubhub is known for using misleading websites and phone numbers in order to charge predatory fees and sometimes they even set up orders with restaurants that are not on the platform.
