Future Retail gets Supreme Court notice after Amazon's plea against Reliance Group deal

While hearing the petition by Amazon against the February 8 division bench order of the Delhi High Court, the Supreme Court has issued a notice to Future Retail. While the court has allowed NCLT to continue hearing on amalgamation proceedings between Future Retail and Reliance Group, the authority to give final approval lies with the apex court itself.
