French telecom firm Orange has been found guilty of many employees suicides in a landmark case that might open the door for other companies to be charged with institutionalised moral harassment. Orange is French's first corp to be tried on such a charge and the company has been fined €75,000 over 39 cases in the 2000s, which includes 19 suicides, 12 suicide attempts and 8 serious depression cases.
