Former Uber self-driving head declared Bankruptcy

Anthony Levandowski, the former head of Uber’s self-driving technology unit has filed for bankruptcy protection on Wednesday. He lost a legal battle with Google and he must pay $179 million to Google, after which he filed for bankruptcy. Levandowski was one of the key engineers in Google’s self-driving project and he breached legal obligations by starting a rival company. He had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
