Former Star and Disney India head Sanjay Gupta to lead Google India now

Google India has appointed Sanjay Gupta as the new country manager and vice President of sales of the country. Sanjay Gupta has previously led Disney India. He said he is delighted to join the team Google and it is an opportunity to leverage the technology to solve some of India's unique challenges. Google India's VP for SE Asia and India Rajan Anandan resigned last April. Gupta will take over his role early next year.
