Flipkart officially shuts down Jabong to concentrate fully on Myntra

Walmart-owned Flipkart has formally shut down Jabong to concentrate on its premium fashion marketplace Myntra. Jabong was acquired by Flipkart almost four years ago and as per a report, Flipkart is now going to redirect Jabong's portal and its app to Myntra's shopping window. Flipkart had bought Jabong for $70 million (in cash) in 2016 but the fashion portal couldn't keep up with the market and Flipkart's strategies didn't work.
