Fitness app Fittr raised $2 million of fresh funding from Sequoia’s Surge

Fittr is a Pune-based fitness startup that was previously known as SQUATS. In its pre-series A funding round, Fittr has raised $2 million from Sequoia Capital’s Surge and with the new funding, they will ramp up their hiring and are also looking forward to expanding globally. Fittr was initially launched as a fitness community on Facebook and in last three years they have become one of the largest fitness communities.
