Family of Huang, who got killed in Autopilot Crash, sues Tesla

Tesla is being sued by the family of Wei 'Walter' Huang, a software engineer who got killed when his Model X with autopilot engaged crashed into a highway safety barrier in Mar 2018. The family claims that the Model X lacked safety features such as an automatic emergency braking system. These features are available in much less expensive vehicles too. Tesla says that the damaged safety barrier led to the severity of the crash.
