Elon Musk sells 3 Los Angeles houses for $40.9 million after planning to move to Texas

Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has sold three adjacent houses in the Bel-Air neighborhood of Los Angeles for $40.9 million after he pledged to "own no house". The largest of the three houses is a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion spread over 1.5 acres of land and it was sold for $29.72 million. Musk announced on Twitter in May that he was planning to sell "almost all physical possessions" and move to Texas.
