Drivezy And Zoomcar eyeing a merger to tap growing car rental market

Car and bike rental startup Drivezy and self-drive car rental company Zoomcar are planning an equal merger with a share swap deal. The talks are still in the initial stage and will succeed only both lenders come to terms. If this deal happens top investors in both startups will hold stakes in the merger. Greg Moran and David founded Zoomcar Back in 2013 in Bengaluru. Drivezy was founded as JustRide in August 2015.
