Digital payment platform Paytm in talks with Microsoft to raise $100 million

As per reports, the digital payment platform Paytm is in conversation with tech giant Microsoft to raise $100 million since last year. However, Microsoft couldn't participate in the round that time and so it has decided to join now. The fundraising is said to be an addition of the $1 billion round that Paytm had raised in Nov 2019. With market is getting tougher with FB investing in Jio platforms, Paytm might face an impact.
