In a first, Delhi Duty-Free, India’s biggest travel retailer is going to display the prices in Indian Currency as per the directive from Central Board of Customs and Excise (CBEC). This comes after a notification from CBEC and RBI that customers from now on can be able to pay in Indian rupees up to 25,000/-. However, there will be no change in the allowance limit, from duty-free, which remains 72,000/- per passport.
