Data saved in Tesla cars could be extracted, says security researchers

As revealed by the security researchers, personal and unencrypted data like videos, phonebooks, calendar items of Tesla users can be extracted from the crashed models sold at junkyards and auctions. A report claimed that all the information stored in cars by drivers is kept on a computer in the vehicle. But there is also an option called factory reset to remove all the data saved in the car.
