Complaining about a damaged product is normal while doing online shopping but to misusing this facility can land you in trouble. A man in Indore ordered at least 50 gadgets from the e-commerce site, Amazon and got his money back by complaining that the box was empty, this was revealed in an investigation after a case was filed by the firm. Mohammed Mahuwala, 27-year-old has duped Amazon of Rs 30 lakh.
