Chinese billionaire and Meituan's CEO Wang Xing's net worth witnessed a loss of $2.5 billion (over Rs 18,365 crore) drop after he shared verses from a 1,100-year-old Chinese poem on social media. The poem, posted on May 6 by Chairman and CEO Wang Xing on a small social media site that he founded, criticises the emperor of the Qin dynasty, who burnt books to suppress intellectual dissidents, only for it to be overthrown by illiterates.
