After witnessing resistance by Japan and India, China is set to lose big in Kenya. China's multi-billion-dollar rail project in Kenya, that was a part of the Communist party's ambitious 'Belt and Road Initiative', has been rejected by the appeal court of the African country. The court ruled that the contract between the Kenyan government and China Road Bridge Corporation was not in compliance with the country's law.
