The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected the government's plea challenging a refund of Rs 104.34 crore to Reliance Communications (RCom). The government will now have to pay back Rs 104.34 to the embattled businessman's firm. The Telecommunications Dispute Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) had ordered the refund to the telecom arm of Anil Ambani's Reliance Group in December 2018, which was later challenged by centre.
